Frequently Asked Questions
What does the Free tier include?
The Free tier gets your studio listed in our city directory with your business name, contact information, a cover photo, yoga & pilates style tags, and booking/phone call buttons. No credit card required.
How does ranking work between tiers?
Elite studios appear at the absolute top (#1) of search results. Premium studios appear above Basic, which in turn appear above Free. Within the Basic tier, placement is randomized to give all studios fair exposure.
Can only one studio be Elite in a city?
Yes. Elite is exclusive — only one slot per city, and only in cities with 3 or more providers listed. If a slot is taken, we'll notify you and offer the Premium tier instead.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your billing portal. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.
What happens when I cancel a paid plan?
Your listing will revert to the Free tier at the end of your current billing period. Your profile information is preserved so you can re-subscribe anytime without losing your data.
Do I need a Free listing before upgrading?
No. You can subscribe to any paid tier directly. We'll set up your full profile as part of the onboarding process. Contact us after subscribing to get started.
